In March 2006 Isabel Aguilera was appointed CEO of Google Spain and Portugal.

She was named by Forbes magazine as one of the 50 most influential businesswomen in the world.

A native of Seville, Isabel has a degree in architecture and a Masters in Commercial Management and Marketing from the Instituto de Empresa.

Isabel Aguilera has over 20 years of experience in international marketing and operations As the Chief Operating Officer for NH Hoteles, she was responsible for the daily operations and financial performance of NH Hoteles worldwide. NH Hoteles operates over 240 owned, leased and managed luxury hotels in 18 countries, mainly in Europe and Latin America.

Prior to joining NH Hoteles, Isabel Aguilera served as Dell Computer Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer and Business Unit Director for Spain, Italy and Portugal. Under her sound leadership, Dell increased its market position in Europe and moved from 9th to 1st in the Spanish market. Additionally, Ms. Aguilera served in sales and marketing capacities at Olivetti PC, Airtel Movil (Vodafone), and Hewlett-Packard.

Isabel Aguilera is fluent in four languages and holds an Undergraduate Degree in Architecture and Town Planning from University of Sevilla, an MBA from Instituto de Empresa (Madrid), and an Executive Management Program Certificate from University of Navarra’s IESE Business School (Madrid). Since March 2006, she has become CEO of admired internet company Google Iberia.
