Eva Pascoe heads zoom.co.uk.

Zoom.co.uk is the UK’s most successful fashion and lifestyle etailer offering customers an unrivalled web shopping service that is fast, easy to use and free of internet access charges.

Previously Eva was responsible for the success of Arcadia Group’s websites as its online marketing director since April 1997.

She made her name in the internet arena as the co-founder of the Cyberia Group, the UK’s best-known chain of cybercafes.

Eva read Cognitive Psychology at London University and developed interfaces for on-line information systems for consumer and corporate Intranet applications.

She is a visiting lecturer at Westminster University and an honorary research fellow in Consumer Psychology at Madrid University.

Eva is currently a columnist for the Independent covering the development of the Internet.

She has also been awarded the Grand Award and the Design Award for contributions to Information Superhighway by The Sunday Times and British Telecom and has published widely on the topic of on-line consumer behaviour.
